Entry 61

" There can be no freedom without discipline "
Human being has been born "free"; the question is that: " How much freedom can a person have ? "
Since we are all born the same and we will all die the same, nobody is superior to others, nobody can rule over others and nobody can order others what to do ...
But where is the border of this freedom?
How far can it go?
I think a person can be free in whatever he does, but he shouldn't oppress & violate other people's rights; his rights & his freedom are respectable to the extent that other people's rights and freedom are ...

Hallo everybody, Liberty is not always where you think it should be. Take England. Are you free to drive on the right side like everywhere else? No! They don't like it and they won't have it. They even kill you for it or maim you. Where is their goddam tolerance? Now look at your country! Are you free to drive on the right side? Sure. They even invite you do so. So, where is the land of freedom where the cherries bloom? Georg

Dear Georg Thanks a lot for your comment ... You know, I believe what you said about driving on the right side or left side the street is just a law & its' just for the safety of people & the security of the country; it doesn't oppress & violate other people's rights ... I mean one must be free in choosing his ideas, the way of his living , ...

Freedom has no exact definition. It is what one defines according to his/her feelings of environmental understandings. Doin what one wants ain't truely what's come to be called freedom but is more like violation of others rights.

Hallo Chackavak, Well, I wonder if we did not misunderstood each other. If yes, this is the true cultural gap. My comment on England and the left hand driving was not a comment but a kind of joke. Now, this is my question to you: did you think this funny or not?? I would very much like to know. Cheers to you In case you don't deem this funny, why not tell a joke that makes laugh nearly everybody over there. This might be very interesting. You bet. Georg

Hi Georg I got your comment about driving in England right now ... Two years ago when I was in London I saw this kind of driving ... it was really strange for me & sometimes my father & I laughed a lot because we got confused which way to look at when we were crossing the street )
